Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session. With that notice, your payment is moved to a new time or refunded in full.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and appointments missed without notice, may be charged in full. One late change is usually forgiven as a courtesy.

Sessions end at the scheduled time so that the person after you is not kept waiting. If you arrive late, we will use the remaining time as fully as possible, at the full fee.

Packages are valid for six months from purchase and are non-refundable once a session has been used. Unused packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Cancel more than 14 days before an event for a full refund. Within 14 days, your payment becomes a credit toward a future event. Places may be transferred to another person at any time at no cost.

Should illness or an emergency require cancellation on our side, you will be offered the first available alternative time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
