Before you book
Is Reiki or Healing Touch a replacement for medical care?
No. These are complementary wellness services offered alongside — never instead of — care from your licensed medical or mental-health providers.
Do I have to be touched during a session?
Never. Every session can be offered entirely hands-off or at a distance, and you may change your consent at any point without explanation.
What happens in a free 30-minute consultation?
We talk about what brought you here, I explain how the work unfolds, and we decide together whether it is a good fit. There is no pressure to book anything.
How do virtual sessions work?
You receive a private video link and a short preparation note. You will need a quiet space where you can rest undisturbed for the session length.
