We collect the details you provide when booking a session, requesting a consultation, registering for an event, subscribing to the newsletter, or contacting us: your name, email, phone number, and the content of your messages.

Booking and intake forms may also include health-related information you choose to share, such as symptoms, medication, recovery history, and touch preferences.

Information is used only to schedule and prepare for your session, to keep appropriate records of sessions, to respond to your enquiries, and — where you have opted in — to send occasional newsletters. We do not sell or rent your information.

Health-related intake answers are stored separately from marketing lists, accessible only to Dr. Marie Jean-Louis, and retained only as long as needed for continuity of care or as required by law. Please share only what feels necessary and comfortable.

Sessions and circle conversations are confidential. Information is disclosed only with your written permission, or where disclosure is required by law or to prevent serious harm.

Scheduling, video calls, payments, and email delivery may be handled by third-party providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We choose providers that support appropriate security practices.

You may request a copy of your information, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@corneroflight.com. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.
